Cosyne Therapeutics

CoSyne Therapeutics is a UK-based, privately held AI drug-discovery company focused on precision medicines for underserved diseases of the brain, including brain cancer and neurological disease. CoSyne has built a large single-cell CRISPR-interference dataset using cells derived from patient surgical resections and grown in 3D. The core objective is to create its own medicines, not simply sell software, with two broad programs: a potential best-in-class asset for neurological disease and a first-in-class asset for a universally fatal brain disease.
